Hi, everyone! Guess what? Our goat, Tulip, had her
babies on Saturday! Yup, babies! Twins, actually. A boy named Clover, and a girl named Posy. They're super cute
and look tasty.
Posy will most likely be staying here, but Clover will be sold. :( After all, "there's no room for the nutters on a dairy farm".;)
The babies are only 2-3lbs each. And get this, the peeps weren't even here for the birth! They'd taken me to Bass Pro Shops (post on that will be up tomorrow). And when they got home Mom saw Posy on the ground, ran inside to get her camera and when she went back into the goat pen she shrieked "TWINS!!!" when she saw Clover inside the goat house.

| Posy has the almost earlessness of her daddy, a LaMancha. |

Clover is much smaller than his sister. He's just a few minutes old in this picture. He has the best temperament, better than his sister which is a total bummer. Excuse the trailing placenta in the background. Mom wanted to post pictures of Tulip delivering it. I spared you. You're welcome. ;) (Dachshund Mommy: Be warned in future posts, this is a farm and as such you'll see the nitty gritty along with the aww!) |

We're currently looking for another LaMancha (what our goat Daisy is) to add to the little herd. They're such a great breed!

| Daisy says hi |
Mom and Sugar also build me my very own set of agility jumps! Check me out!
 |
| Sugar trying to get the other 3 to jump. Epic fail. Auggie tried walking through them. |
