January Photo Challenge: Week 3 ish

     Hi, everyone! Dachshund Mommy here with week (or more accurately, part) three of the January Photo a Day Challenge.  This is a pretty "farmy" bit. Which of these is your favorite?

Day 17: Ready
The chickens were ready for their dinner
Day 18: Shadow
Sigh. Even in shadow form I have absolutely no ass.
Day 19: Delicious
Grown in our garden, and they taste nothing like store bought

Day 20: Something you saw
I think this is my favorite for this week
Day 21: What you do
I take pictures, mostly of my dog. :D




Day 22: Corner
Nola with our male pheasant and female peacock. Yes, Nola is smaller than a pheasant.

Day 23: Electric
The vivid blue of the peacock's feather is stunning

  9. We love the "farm" edition! The colors captured in the feather are incredible. Our favorite has got to be the one of Nola watching the birds through the fence. She is always wanting to learn.

  17. I'm so jealous! We can grow one crop of carrots per year, between June and September (and it takes them that long to grow in our cold climate). I agree - they taste like a different species than store-bought!

    I laughed at "What I do" - I do the same thing!!!!!!
